Co-payments and outstanding balances are due upon receipt of the initial patient statement. Your insurance company ultimately determines your benefits and how much you will owe on your bill. We accept checks, money orders and credits cards.
If you would like to submit a payment using a credit card, please pay by phone (844) 638-0908 or go to MyLabBill.com to make a payment.
BVP observes charity status as determined by the facility where the services were provided. Upon presentation and confirmation of indigent status, BVP will write off qualifying patient responsible balances as outlined in the charity status documentation.
BVP strives to issue patient refunds within 60 days of identification or receipts of patient overpayments.
Returned Check Fee
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, BVP has the right to charge your account for the cost of the returned check. The fee will apply to your outstanding balance.
Past Due Accounts
If your account becomes past due, BVP may take necessary action to refer your account to a collection agency.
